1.1 Transaction Currency
Pound Sterling (£). Chase Devonshire shall refer to the daily exchange rate announced by HSBC Bank should any currency conversion be required.
1.2 Import & Export Restrictions
Currently inapplicable to our service.
1.3 Cancellations
Relevant only to new tenancy applications. Chase Devonshire shall first seek nstruction from the letting agent represented before any cancellation and return of holding deposit is considered.
1.3 Refunds
All automated payments received in error shall be returned upon satisfactory completion of our banking criteria.
1.4 Loss or Damage
